臨時帰国したため部屋を引き払わなければならなくなったのですが、８月までの契約の為、代わりに入れる方を探しています。トイレとシャワールーム付きの部屋で、キッチンのみ他３人のルームメイトとのシェアとなります。それぞれの部屋にロックがついているため、プライバシーや安全性は抜群に優れています。
家賃は月払いとなり、今から５月までの間は月1589.14ポンドですが、最終支払い月の6月のみ、1147.71ポンドのお支払いとなります。できるだけ長い期間を希望される方を優先させていただきたいと思っています。ステイする期間によっては一週間あたりの支払額が安くなる計算となりますので、どうぞご検討ください。なお、実際の手続きや支払い等は、学生寮とのやりとりになりますのでご了承ください。
